Evaluating Sources

a. http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/462384160/Prefabricated_rubber_
This is not a good site because when I click on the link, I cannot find the site anymore.

b. http://www2.scholastic.com/browse/article.jsp?id=5069
This is a good site because it has a bibliography and gives you the source of the article. This source turned out to be a homeschooling website which looked very reliable.

c. http://www.runnersworld.com/community/forums/shoes-stuff/shoes/marathon-shoes-2
This is not a good source because anyone can write on this forum.

d. http://www.marathontrainingexpert.com/marathon-time.html
This is a reliable site because the man writing the website has reliable sources and experience to support the data.

e. http://runningtimes.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=14385
This is a reliable source because the author writes other articles and is published on a respectable website newspaper.

f. http://www.fitnesssports.com/Strengthtraing.html
This is reliable because it is copyrighted by the American Running and Fitness Association.

g. http://ccooper.typepad.com/writing_on_the_run/2009/08/an-increase-in-the-number-of-us-runners.html
This is reliable because the author wrote a book and has good sources.
